MINNEAPOLIS, MN

 

This renovation of a a mid-century office building located in Northeast Minneapolis brings much-needed accessibility improvements to the building's users. Located directly across from a large community garden, the Owner requested a solution that would further activate the street. Accordingly, a new ADA front entry ramp and elevated porch pay homage to to the original architecture while improving upon the building's neighborly street presence. Once inside, visitors also have access a new accessible bathroom helping to create a building where all feel welcome.
